How does Universe deliver our products to you?

We are Universe, established in 1996, specializing in the production of acrylic products, including acrylic holders, signboards, and acrylic frames. We are one of the leading brands in the industry. Currently, we have three factories, consisting of 35 production lines. The monthly output is 2,100 tons thus, we can supply you with your needed quantities of acrylic products.

Firstly, after you made the order for your desired acrylic product design. We will produce a sample for you. Once your design is confirmed, we will double-check your ordered items with you. On the quantity that is stated in the billing statement. The order will be sent to our factories they will process and arrange the needed quantity.

Secondly, our factory will be packing the needed acrylic products according to the order form. They will be wrapping our Universe acrylic products neatly and ensure they will not be damaged through the exporting and transport across the sea.

After everything is ready, the acrylic products will be delivered to the port, after it is checked at the custom. It will get onto the journey to your country.

When your ordered acrylic products are reached, the shipping company will notify you of the status. So that, you can arrange to receive the delivery.

Normally, most of our orders go by sea exportation. Roughly it will take around weeks to deliver to Southeast Asia, and the Americas will need about a month. However, this will still depend on the actual delivery by the shipping company.
